ExpressWare is the sole and exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights, source code, designs, and materials associated with the software distributed on this website. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the software. You are strictly prohibited from reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of our programs.
Each software purchase includes a license key linked to our verification servers. Licenses are bound to a specified number of devices (via Hardware ID - HWID binding) as detailed during checkout. Unauthorized sharing, distribution, or cracking of licensing codes will result in immediate termination of the license without refund and potential legal action.
Our software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the software will meet all your requirements or be completely error-free.
In no event shall ExpressWare or its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our software, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.
